CIIM BACKGROUND
The College of Innovation and Industrial Management (CIIM) is founded with underlying missions to teach in the field of education, to conduct educational research, to offer educational services, to lead educational development through innovations, and to continue to conserve and preserve the Thai culture.

We believe in building strong networking opportunities and professional expertise in a variety of industries to offer our students the most effective learning experience that will help elevate and broaden the domain of expertise for each executive graduate.
The CIIM is composed of five working divisions.
1. The CIIM Administrative Office
The CIIM Administrative Office is responsible for coordinating and offering services in the areas of general management, strategic planning, human resources management, finance and budgeting, procurement, physical infrastructure and buildings, transportation, research management, evaluation and assessment, quality assurance, knowledge management, risk management, academic management, cultural preservation, student affairs, and information and communication technology.
2. The Division of Basic Education
The Division of Basic Education is responsible for offering undergraduate and graduate levels of teaching and learning in the fields of, and conducting research on, early childhood, primary education, secondary education, and educational administration. In addition, the division also offers educational services and cultural conservation and preservation in the same fields.
3. The Division of Educational Research and Innovation
The Division of Educational Research and Innovation is responsible for offering undergraduate and graduate levels of teaching and learning in the fields of, and conducting research on, educational innovation and technology. In addition, the division also offers educational services and cultural preservation in the same fields.
4. King Mongkut’s International Demonstration School (KMIDS)
The King Mongkut’s International Demonstration School is responsible for offering quality early childhood education and basic education. KMIDS offers opportunities for colleges under the KMITL umbrella to demonstrate and to showcase excellence in their fields of expertise. KMIDS aims at establishing networks with domestic and international institutions to become a leading school who offers highly qualified international curriculum and excellent teaching and learning for Thai and international students alike.
5. The Center for Educational Innovation Research
The Center for Educational Innovation Research is responsible for conducting research on educational innovations, developing and managing of knowledge, offering academic services to the society at large– including cooperating and networking with domestic and international institutions, and integrating and putting the research findings to work.
